Biography
T. Nichole Phillips is an Assistant Professor of Management. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida and her Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from Florida A&M University. Her primary area of research is organizational diversity, specifically focusing on the acculturation experiences and interactions of diverse employees, and the role of the organization in promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion. She also conducts research in the area of human resource information systems, specifically related to the potential for privacy violations and user well-being.
Dr. Phillips has presented her research at both national and regional conferences, including the Academy of Management, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Southern Management Association. Her research has been published in the Journal of Applied Social Psychology and Human Resource Management Review. Her primary areas of teaching include organizational diversity and human resource management.
